I spent many years working in film and television as an editor, teaching television production at TAFE, NSW Sydney Institute. I was given the opportunity as executive producer, to produce a music television production for Poptarts which aired on TVS Sydney.
In 2001, I worked on a project for the National Geographic Channel, winning a silver award at the Asia PMAA in Singapore. In 2019 I was named photographer of the year with the Tomaree Peninsula Photography club.
I have been photographing Port Stephens for the last 8 years. When I was approached to join the Port to Plate project, I jumped at the opportunity to be a part of the team. A perfect fit utilising my production skills. I hope you enjoy the footage presented throughout the cookbook as much as I have enjoyed producing it.
