Growing up in a farming and butchery environment, I developed an interest in food and fresh produce which led me to becoming a chef. I travelled the world discovering culinary traditions, learning innovative techniques, and working in Michelin Star restaurants with celebrity chefs. I am a member of the culinary guild in the UAE, and an awards winner, specialising in European, Asian and Latina cuisine.
