It has been an honor and a total delight to be involved with Port to Plate Seafood Cookbook and to concentrate on the variety of our local marine life.
Typically I work on a large scale canvas, using many sketches and photography for my observational studies, then collage these together to form a complex composition. For this project I have turned to A2 sized watercolor paper and luscious colored acrylic paint; simply working with one fish species at a time.
