As a young boy, I grew up surrounded by a family of restaurateurs in Rouen, in the Normandy region of France. My passion and knowledge of food grew, as did my desire to become a chef. My wife and I opened Poyers in 2015, partnering with many local fishers to bring the best quality product from port to plate. This is a wonderful opportunity to showcase what's possible to produce from your home and we hope that through the cooking demonstrations and recipe ideas, you will be inspired to cook more with seafood.
