Greg Finn has been diving the local pristine waters of Port Stephens since he was a 10-year-old with a hand spear. After a stint Pearl diving out of Broome, he pursued a career hand-harvesting sea urchins and abalone and has more recently expanded to a wider range of selectively-targeted fish species. His seafood has graced the plates of Noma’s pop-up restaurant in Barangaroo and is a weekly feature at local waterfront restaurant The Poyer’s.
