Born and raised in the United Kingdom, my training propelled me into high end establishments, staging at Michelin starred venues before deciding to move to Australia. I fell in love with Port Stephens and Hunter Valley region, making my footprint as head chef at various 1 and 2 Hat restaurants.
I am passionate about working with sustainable seafood. With my family alongside me, we opened the Little Beach Boathouse Restaurant in Nelson Bay in 2013. It is with my pleasure to be involved in Port to Plate, developing recipes for you to enjoy cooking at home.
